iPod Touch: Reviewed

by Steve Jobs on Mar.10, 2008, under Apple

This review is of the first generation iPod Touch, launched in 2007.  It may not reflect the current version of this product.

After owning an iPod Touch for about 3 weeks I practically know it front and back. First off, it is a wonderful product. Many would say that is it is over priced. It isn’t, it includes many features that make it expensive. For starters it comes in an 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB models. The iPod Touch prices at $299, $399, and $499. It is very similar to the iPhone in design shape and in software. After software update 1.1.3 the iPod Touch now includes Mail, Maps, Stocks and Weather. It was rated the best MP3 player on the market. This is by far the best iPod Apple has created. With wi-fi built in you can surf the net, check your e-mail, or look at stocks on your iPod. There is also an iTunes store built in. Once you sync it to iTunes it will automatically set the account. Again this is a wonderful product and there are practically no flaws.
